Greetings and good tidings brethren,

I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday filled with the joys and blessings we so enjoy. We elected new officers at our annual meeting in November, elected are as follows:

Installation was held on December 3^rd with our Grand Master, M.W.B. Ronald L. Winnett as installing officer. Dessert was then served and good fellowship was had by all.

We have several new Master Masons in our lodge this year so, I hope many of you can come and fellowship with these new brethren and bring strength and support to the lodge it needs to survive.

We are trying to develop a network of communication using Email and hope to have it working better soon. We will need the brethren to send us your current email address as we only have a few and many have been bouncing back undeliverable . This is a very inexpensive and effective way to communicate and a valuable tool to our lodge. I ask all the brethren to respect the address’s of each other and not use these to send the many forwards that go around, this only makes our members reluctant to give there addresses . We also hope to use our web site to communicate as Brother Corns is working hard to keep it updated and adding new features. Our Inspection will be held on February 2^nd at 7:00 p.m. with a meal at 6:00 p.m... This will be in the M.M. degree and will be conferred upon Brother John Ulmer. Come enjoy the work and help us raise Brother Ulmer to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. Once again I will follow R.W.B. Barry’s theme “Homecoming” for our inspection night and hope it will a homecoming for you as well.

The I-Care program is in place and running and is there to assist aging Masons and there widows to remain living at home. Contact the committee if you or someone you know who needs assistance. We have many things planned for the coming year, widow’s night and awards night I hope to combine, friendship night, and hopefully a few more with dates to be announced soon. We will also be open again this year the months of July and August. This was successful last year and worth the effort. So mark your calendars every third Monday of the month for our Stated meeting at 7:30 p.m. with a meal at 6:30 p.m... Hope to see you.

In closing there are many of you I have never met and would hope to do so. This would be a great year to come back to lodge , meet new friends and renew old friendships and just get that feeling that brought you to the lodge in the first place, its still here brethren and it feels great. I will try to make contact with each of you this year just to say hello.
